🚀 HIRING: CX OPERATIONS SPECIALIST | REMOTE | LATAM

RHF Talentos is recruiting for an international SaaS company looking for a highly skilled CX Operations Specialist to join their team remotely.

📍 Location: Brazil or Latin America

💼 Contract: PJ (Independent Contractor)

💰 Compensation: BRL 10,000/month

📅 Initial project: 6 months, with potential extension

🌐 Language: Advanced/Fluent English

🔎 What we're looking for:

A technically strong professional with hands-on expertise in HubSpot administration, including:

✅ Cross-object workflows and automation

✅ Custom Objects and property management

✅ Data governance and data hygiene

✅ Multi-pipeline ticketing and routing logic

✅ Custom reporting and dashboards

✅ Zendesk administration

Experience in SaaS, Customer Success Operations, or Revenue Operations is a plus.
